We want a natural salesperson who can walk up to a table of strangers, build rapport in seconds and make every guest feel like the most important person at YONA. What You’ll Do

• Read each group in seconds and recommend the premium bottle, upgrade or package that turns their day into a celebration they’ll talk about for years.

• Drive sales, introduce the bottle menu, signature drinks, special offers and VIP packages, and spot every chance to turn excitement into a sale.

• Build instant rapport with guests, make every table feel like the VIPs they are, and keep the experience personal from the first pour to the last toast.

• Deliver every bottle with showstopping style, then keep the table flowing with mixers, ice and glassware, working in sync with bartenders, runners, hostesses and the Floor Manager.

• Keep every order and table number accurate and report your sales to the Floor Manager, always serving responsibly and looking polished, confident and on brand.

What you'll bring

• A born salesperson’s instinct: confident, outgoing and at your best when you’re winning over a table of strangers. Strong sales skills are a must.

• Thai or international, you’re welcome here. We offer visa and work permit support for the right person.

• Good spoken English and the confidence to connect with guests from all over the world. Experience in bottle service, VIP service, nightlife or luxury hospitality is a big plus.

• A polished look and real presence when the spotlight is on you, plus a sharp eye for detail with every order, bottle and VIP request.

• Energy that lasts all day, a team-first attitude with the bar, floor and VIP teams, a commitment to responsible service, and the flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

What you'll get
