From arrival to departure, we create unforgettable days on the Andaman Sea, and our bar team plays a key role in bringing that experience to life. We are looking for passionate Bartenders who love hospitality, know their drinks and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

Please be aware that this is a temporary role until 30th April 2027. There is the possibility that this position may be made permanent; however, this will depend on business demand at the time.

What you'll do

• Make and serve every drink to standard, alcoholic and non alcoholic, from classic cocktails to a cold beer, and present it properly every single time.

• Take orders accurately and recommend drinks that suit the guest in front of you, whether they know exactly what they want or not.

• Hold your pace when the bar full, working in sync with the floor, the runners and the rest of the bar team so nothing backs up.

• Handle guest concerns courteously and fix them fast, and serve alcohol responsibly from the first order to the last.

• Keep your bar clean, stocked and safe: spirits, glassware, ice and garnishes ready, and hygiene standards held from setup to close.

What you'll bring

• Thai nationality or the right to work in Thailand with the correct work permit.

• Ability to speak English.

• Solid knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and liqueurs, plus the classic cocktails, mixed drinks and preparation techniques behind them.

• Proven experience behind a bar, plus the kind of service guests remember: the regular you greet by name and the order you get right without them having to repeat it.

• An easy way with people, a calm head when the pressure comes on, and real respect for cleanliness, hygiene and safety behind the bar.
