What you'll do

• Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and attentive, professional service throughout their visit.

• Take orders confidently, enter them accurately into the POS and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.

• Know our food and drinks, recommend with confidence and spot the moment for specials, desserts and another round.

• Anticipate what guests need before they ask, deliver promptly and beautifully presented, and handle any concern calmly.

• Know your section inside and out: tables beautifully set, everything clean and ready for the next guest, opening and closing covered with the team.

What we're looking for

• Friendly, polished and genuinely passionate about hospitality and exceptional guest service.

• Thai nationals or the right to work in Thailand.

• Strong spoken English, and the confidence to use it with guests and colleagues alike.

• Naturally attentive, able to anticipate guest needs before they are voiced.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment: professional, adaptable and calm under pressure.

• A strong team player, experienced in hospitality, restaurants, hotels or beach clubs.
